My family wanted to go to the tonkatsu place next to it tokkuri tei but man the wait was long. I remember my friend suggesting here so we took a gander. Did. Not. Disappoint. A bit expensive but worth every single penny. Very good food. Not precooked by how it tastes and time to prepare. Food coming out was slow but that's ok because it was amazing. Service was a bit slow but also ok because they were moving like madmen for a lot of tables and honestly didn't seem like enough waiters. Very attentive and even ninja'd refilling my water when I turned to watch their amazing cooks do their art. Would recommend 10/10

A good sushi restaurant in Kapahulu. It can be difficult to find but it is in the HeeHing building right before entering Waikiki. Parking can be difficult. Street parking is best but be prepared to walk. Food is delicious. Service is great. Atmosphere is live. A good place to unwind and enjoy good sushi.
